I just had a client call cause they were "hacked..."

their mouse started moving all on its own.

so I got in the management software, checked the event logs, installed software inventory, double checked sentinelone, didn't see any evidence of malware or a hack...

turns out she gave her wireless mouse to coworker but forgot the dongle.

this is what they pay me for 💪
