I picked an 11.9 KG (26lbs) jackfruit today. It was so heavy I needed the bathroom scales to weigh it.

I now have a belly & fridge full of tasty jackfruit.

It's not a fruit that I love, but it grows easily here & needs very little care (pruning mostly). The fruit weeps a latex sap from the skin & the core which is pretty sticky & annoying. The big seeds can be roasted & taste a lot like chestnuts.
