Aren't you concerned about growth hormones and other chemicals in your meat? The fat is where many artificial toxins are stored isn't it? Fine if you can get grass fed meat, however organic tallow and beef is tricky to get for most. Regardless, love the message. We've become lazy!

Me and my wife say this all the time... Especially if we are forced to eat out. Even non fast food is usually disappointing after you get into the swing of cooking awesome food! I also just convinced my brother he can eat a lot of steak every month for the price he is paying to stab himself with glp...

Thank you for your carnivore books. They changed my life for the better. I'm on my third annual attempt at a carnivore lifestyle. This time I will take it past Easter unlike previous attempts. It gets better and easier every year!

Also you save time not having to eat so many times a day, if you eat well you don't need to waste time constantly grazing and snacking

Cook like Grandmas used to do. Eat fresh, avoid everything that is packed in plastic and has a barcode.
