I remember helping my (very tech illiterate) dad with something once, we spent 30 minutes on the smallest thing.
It says I have to enter an email, my email? What's my email? Why do they need my email? Can't I give them yours? What if I forgot my email?
Its asking me for my password, should I put it? Why is it asking me for my password again? Why is my password not showing when I type it. It says the password is too short, what does that mean. Why does it need a capital letter? Is Paris ok? (I swear this was a real question).
That aside, I think tech peaked in the windows XP era from a ux perspective. Everything after has been terrible
