A court recently ruled that a document generated by an LLM by a client and then transmitted to his lawyer was not protected by the attorney client privilege. Of course the gov’t was arguing that it was not privilege. The Judge agreed perhaps not recognizing that he was implicitly ruling that anything stored on a third party cloud is therefor not covered by privilege. Privilege rekt.
