Not at all.

Generally when I want an agreement, I start by tearing up the old one.

Then I invite everyone required for a new one to a meeting, and I kill them.

Then I kill all the members of their families that I have intel on.

Then I kill any old irrelevant politician I can think of, and finish it off with killing school full of children.

Then I say,

"What exactly are you trying to argue? That it's okay to lie about your adherence to your agreements?"
