Elected judges and District Attorneys can be removed at the ballot box. Appointed judges can be impeached. But none of that happens if the public doesn't know who these officials are, what they've done, and the damage they've caused.

It's about maintaining cheek-weld while engaging targets at multiple ranges.
The offset sight isn't a "backup". You use it for fast shooting at close range, and for fast target acquisition downrange.
