Here's what I did. After clicking on my own profile, I then clicked edit profile. Then I clicked upload avatar. Then I just chose whatever image I had in mind. I'm not sure, but I don't see an option to use group chat here, unfortunately.

I don't know what the heck y'all nerds are talking about. All this Nostr shit - I couldn't parse but Primal worked and is dummy friendly so profile pick and all were easy. No idea what Nostr does outside of Primal and not sure I'm looking to learn. If you need any gardening tips however...!
