Gregg Phillips, head of the Office of Response and Recovery at Federal Emergency Management Agency, said during a January 2025 episode of the conspiracy-focused podcast Onward that he had experienced multiple instances of what he described as teleportation, including an event that allegedly took him to a Waffle House in Georgia.
Phillips described the experiences as unsettling and beyond his control, saying that although they felt real, he did not understand what was happening. He explained that the sensation was frightening, unpredictable, and something he could only endure rather than influence.
In the same episode, he also claimed that while driving near Albany, Georgia, his vehicle was lifted and transported approximately 40 miles before ending up in a ditch near a church. He characterized these घटनas as both confusing and alarming, at times questioning whether they were caused by something good or evil, but maintained that they had occurred more than once.
