I’m no expert either but from what I understand Strategy will attempt to peg strc at $100, by adjusting the dividend payout and/or buying back or issuing more strc.

I’m not sure why other stonks/bonds/assets cannot offer the same tax treatment but apparently the way the dividends are paid out, it is considered a return of capital which is tax-deferred, meaning you only pay tax when you sell the asset.
