Yep, forward thinking. Or perhaps not? It is what Lightning L402 references today. Although Chaumian ecash was introduced one to two years earlier. Perhaps inspiring tje need for a reserved 402 http.

A lifetime ago when I was at uni, people talked about this all the time. Micropayments without a credit card was the holy grail. Nostr really is groundbreaking. I was hoping that X would embrace btc but I knew in the end they’d go with a proprietary system. Some things never change
