If you wish to actively fight against arbitrary data being embedded in the Bitcoin blockchain then you need to impose a regime of arbitrary rules that are reactive to each new use of the protocol that is considered Haram.

I think the conflict can be distilled down to a single trade-off: would you rather have a Bitcoin with arbitrary data or a Bitcoin with arbitrary rules?

Bitcoin already has rules, that's how any protocol works. You can call them "arbitrary" if you want, that doesn't make much difference.

The only reason plebs should allow any change to the protocol is to make it more lean and efficent. So yes continue to stop ways arbitrary data and spam get in blocks over time. Thats the only reason you retards make a living. Not to find more "use cases" for shitcoiners. Go fuck yourself.

What makes the rules that are already there not arbitrary? I’m in favour of whatever keeps Bitcoin a primarily monetary network. Right now I’m struggling to see how allowing more, random , non monetary transaction related data helps Bitcoin be a1st and foremost monetary network.

Economic “filters” would help reduce arbitrary data without arbitrary rules.
