#lnbits is there a way to avoid lnbits falling back to the fake wallet if for some reason lnd is not available or reachable? All I could find was to increase the startup timeout before falling back to the fake wallet, but that is really not enough. Is there a way to keep lnd and just retry "forever"?

The fake-wallet fallback is hard-coded as a "don't break the UI" path; there's no LNbits config to disable it.
