The woman, pregnant with twins, was rushed to the hospital. Her husband out of town, she called her brother to keep her company.

The hospital had to sedate her and deliver the twins early. When she came to, they let her hold the babies - a boy and a girl.

Assured they were healthy, she said it was time to do the birth certificates.

"Your brother already did them."

"Oh no, he's an idiot! What did he name my daughter?"

"Deniece"

"That's not too bad, what did he name my son?"

"Denephew"
