I noticed a huge difference as a very anglo guy who stopped the seed oils.

I used to BURN and now under serious sun I’ll get a bit red but the next day or two it’s just a tan. No peeling, no skin trauma, chills or pain. When it’s summer and my skin is used to the sun I can go all day no shirt on the river in July and it’s nothing but a tan.

When I was in Greece I accidentally order fried fish and ate some because it was what I had. The next day, after being there for almost 2 weeks no sunscreen no sunburns, I got a decent sunburn.

It has never been more obvious to me that seed oils are the main cause of sunburns. I’ve done the experiments.
