I love how only some of the planes produce contrails which evaporate in a minute and then some produce a magical type of contrail where the “ice” lingers in the air all day and spreads out to create a conspicuous haze. And it seems to happen in grid patterns on clear days over and over and over until the sky is hazy and a new color. That’s something I’ve never seen until I was out of high school, a new type of atmospheric phenomenon that materialized out of nowhere, that’s totally no big deal.

All I can really think of is save the best flowers for personal and maybe gifts to friends and then hash the rest.

Imo supplements are unnecessary and likely almost all of them do nothing or have net-negative effects.

There is good evidence creatine has some efficacy but every time I use creatine consistently I see zero extra results and I don’t feel great after I take it, so I stopped.

Had my best gainz and set all my PRs with zero supplements. Anecdotal af but that’s my experience.

I enjoyed it too. Acting was legit and clean editing / direction / cinematography.
