In 2011, Motorola was split into Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions. Google acquired Motorola Mobility in 2012 and sold it to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola Mobility is the company selling smartphones and tablets.

Same ownership, stripped hardware. When state tech degrades, private OSs migrate to legacy shells. The dollar's purchasing power erodes faster than these devices.

Why would Motorola partner with a project that’s going to add friction between them as a company and the state? A sincere question, looking for the rational behind it. Have considered switching to Graphene for a while, appreciative of what you provide to the world.
