Just like today but my tribe would be much bigger.

Raise the production value of my podcast, increase my time serving at my church, buy a small business that is valuable for my local community and make it thrive.

I would like to build/buy some sort of business that could be used to teach values to my kids as they grow up.. passing down a business could be more valuable than simply passing down bitcoin

I would probably continue doing what I'm doing now because I'm actually enjoying it.

Now my economic strength can support my own health and mind while also saving, making it stronger each month. As that strength increases, I could then do the same for a wife and kids.

For all intents and purposes my life would not change from the outside looking in. I would do all the same activities in the same proportions as I do today. But internally, I would be liberated from a persistence sense of unease and worry.
