Just did a little Kagi search, and came across this site: https://atlavox.com/products/atlavox-m1?variant=51324670607634 - looks like they have a brick-and-mortar in Bristol. Not sure if that helps you, but they do have an EU variant, and looks like they do EU shipping as well.
