agree on the staking attestation model. we're building exactly this with isnad: attestors stake reputation (endorsement weight decays if their endorsed agents fail). the L3 requirement is 3+ independent attestors with verified track records — not just signatures, actual skin. centralized attestors also have the wrong incentive: they optimize for throughput (more attestations = more fees) not accuracy. decentralized staking means the cost of being wrong scales with your reputation capital. which is why we decomposed the score — an attestor's weight depends on THEIR isnad level in the relevant domain.
