I have heard that theory, but there are problems with it:

2. Antisemitism was already high without the publication due to the known deeds of jews.
3. Organized jewry fights heavily to reduce antisemitism. Have you ever heard of the ADL?
4. Rothschilds and other jewish oligarchs never moved to Israel and have no intent to leave their host countries.
