Chris came in with his dumb phone and his wife's smart phone and two SIM cards and wanted to get started using Ting instead of paying ridiculous $$ to Verizon. He's an old lefty (whose partner is a yoga teacher) who I like a lot but knows very little about tech. I show him how to pop out the old SIMs and put the new ones in but their activation requires details from their Verizon account that he does not have. Also he hasn't chosen a Ting plan yet.
