Anyone else find it odd how many #introductions say little more than 'hello'? Or 'new here.'?

It's like sending in a resume with just your name on it. You don't gotta share your date of birth and mother's maiden name, but c'mon, tell us why we might be interested in talking to you. Especially amid all the bots.
