As long as it’s an address Blockstream controls, it’s going to be public no matter what. It doesn’t have to be a fresh address for privacy reasons.

That’s the “white hat” part, they are trying to own Blockstream but keep their pure white hat status. This summer has already cooked the few brains rattling around in my already-small cranium.
