Health is a topic much like sound money: it's about self-empowerment. Not about the comfort of letting others dictate what's right or what we should consume. It's about consciously informing ourselves, taking personal responsibility, and no longer blindly following the mainstream—or science that serves interests other than our own. Don't trust any study you haven't questioned yourself. We've been manipulated in so many ways, not for the individual's well-being, but for the benefit of the pharmaceutical and food industries.
I have found my path, and I walk it unapologetically—even if it doesn't always align with societal norms. I am grateful to hold my health in my own hands. And I am happy to walk alongside those who are truly ready to release old habits and embark on new paths.
I completely agree: healthy living should be the most accessible choice. Yet this system isn't designed to prevent disease or encourage personal responsibility. It's designed to enrich the same few, over and over and keep society addicted and sick.
That's why I focus on what we can influence right now: our own choices, our circle, and how we spend our resources. Every time we choose to invest in real food, in local producers, is a vote for the system we want to see. Our receipt is our ballot.
Laws usually set boundaries, but they rarely inspire genuine responsibility. Lasting change grows from within, not from regulation.
