In addition to my fresh ginger-turmeric-lemon juice batch I made this morning, I’ve just created an "Immune Forte" syrup using agave syrup and essential oils. I’m curious to see how well it works! I plan to take one teaspoon a day as a preventive measure.
Since the weather turned cooler, I’ve been struck twice in a row with a cold...sore throat and a cough (without a runny or blocked nose). It’s been a long time since I was last sick. The cough is still lingering a bit...

As I started a new job in April, I’m looking ahead to the coming winter season with a mix of excitement and a certain degree of tension. Especially since I already have to plan ahead for 2027... For my team and myself for professional development, vacations, team-events and so on! And I’m simply not the type of person who likes making plans that far in advance...
I’m doing everything I can right now to strengthen my system and take good care of myself... And plants are incredibly powerful when it comes to that⚡🌱

The clock change doesn’t really bother me, though I am somewhat grateful that we’ve returned to our "natural" time... which is winter time!

It’s truly wild how much we allow ourselves to be manipulated. It makes me feel sad and angry, yet also helpless...while simultaneously fostering the hope that many more people will wake up, find a path of peace and love, and thus embark on a journey toward sovereignty. Step by step. Some will, others won’t. That is something I must learn to accept.
I, too, am influenced by external forces in many ways; however, I consciously choose to participate in certain things and consciously choose not to participate in others.

Social engineering has become so incredibly strong und infiltrated... We are constantly "downloading" new information, and we have the opportunity to learn to decide, consciously whether or not to let it into our own systems. That is a major challenge.

A significant part of my awakened consciousness is dedicated to nutrition. To the conscious choice of what I eat and drink. I choose to prepare my own food from scratch: organic, raw, plant-based, and made with love 🌱🕊💚 PV!

Raw vegan apple pie (no flour, no industrial sugar), chocolate energy pearls and apple chips. Apples from the garden 😍 and a deli matcha!
