I would just add that in seasons when there is little grass, seafood is a better choice. Not sure but in dry seasons, feed is supplemented with grain and here it's allowed to be called ' grass fed'. ...

Wow, good to know about grain supplementation of “grass fed” cows. I always looked to NZ as being some of the highest quality grass-fed beef out there (which often gets shipped to the US).

Totally agree with you on seafood. I have oysters and sardines every week, but local, wild-caught fish is also critical. Sometimes all you get is 30 seconds to give one piece of information to someone struggling with health, so that’s why I had to distill down to just 4 things.

NZ is knee deep in climate change, methane reduction targets and the like. Don't get me wrong, I still think NZ meat is the best option, but the quality is being compromised by 'science'
