Most of what was looked at was statistically significant in reducing complications, in line to what I believed at the time when it was fresh. The idea is to adapt with a lower viral load, rather than the body overreacting to a novel infection.
Granted, this doesn't highlight the difference between mRNA and viral vector, nor does it prove clear distinctions between the vax vs. unvax (it's a cohort study so it's a built-in limitation). It's also a single study and can't be definitive on its own. I'd still like to know about the small number of people where spike proteins were still present in their bodies beyond 30 days.
