What does it mean to say "squats have stairs?" I have a new kind of pain in my small lower back muscles, or maybe just soreness (it's not bad, just an observation), after doing some of the Stu things the other day. I interpret it as building good muscles for supporting/fixing my mild back discomfort. Plan to keep at them for a bit. Probably just psychological, but I could swear my posture is better.
