Apparently my HOA, which alread installed Flock cameras, is now implementing a car that drives around and surveils the property but they are calling it "inspections" and expressly saying its not surveillance. So....here we go. Recommendations from the real ones out here?

That is a terrible HOA. That is an HOA that is _lowering_ your property value, nobody would want to live there if this is real. Do you live in a blue region?
