The size 42/44, which I apparently need according to the pattern’s measurement chart, turns out to be quite a bit too big after all. On the one hand, that’s certainly something to celebrate. Apparently I’m actually a 38/40 after all. On the other hand, it’s pretty annoying that I now have to unpick and resize large parts of the garment.
I keep saying it: sewing really builds frustration tolerance 🤍

Knitting is even worse! 😅🙈 you can't really measure beforehand (ok gauge yes but not always) and you have to unstitch everything if its wrong 😮‍💨😓🙈
