Anyone who is regular to fasting, what is better? Occasional Multiday fasts? Or frequent 24 hour fasts?


I’m probably gonna tap out at 30 hours this time, I didn’t eat that much before starting either.

Regardless what you choose to do, remember autophagy kicks in around day 3 so aim for 4-6 days to help body metabolise. Thats my understanding from my research

Actually best advice, go easy on starting eating again. Bone broth or something. Research that. And whatever you do, regardless how tempting it might be, under no circumstances break fast with biltong.... ever! 🙄

I did a 19 day near-water fast, it was great (electrolytes are key). Yes, slow multi-day reintroduction of food. Lost 25 lbs and holding I found Dr. Pradip Jamnadas on Diary of a CEO then other talks of his (watch out for the AI generated crap). He talks about keeping the body guessing so it can'...
