Anyone who is regular to fasting, what is better? Occasional Multiday fasts? Or frequent 24 hour fasts?
I’m probably gonna tap out at 30 hours this time, I didn’t eat that much before starting ...
Regardless what you choose to do, remember autophagy kicks in around day 3 so aim for 4-6 days to help body metabolise. Thats my understanding from my research
