💯% this. Caffeine reliance is not a replacement for sleep! Learning circadian living helps a LOT with removing caffeine dependence. That doesn't mean you have to quit it forever, but to moderate the TIMING of your daily caffeine hit is key to reducing your dependence on it #coffeechain

For sure! A readjustment for sleep and a new routine determined not to grab caffeinated drinks has been great.

Caffeine doesn't keep me awake anyway. Something I learned painfully in college.
