My btcpay hosts a few merchants, one of them being the brewery that hosts my cete (meet up). I only enabled lightning payments but Im about to FAFO and enable on chain with 0 confirmation invoice settlement. #ChangeMyMind

Every decision has risks and benefits. I'm starting to believe this is the right path. Happy to elaborate on my thoughts if anyone cares.

I mean it depends on the threat model. I know about a 100 people in real life that are competent enough to rug-pull the brewer for a ten dollar beer. I'm almost certain none of these people would do that because 1. They're stand up people. 2. Even if I am wrong, $10.00 isn't even worth the trou...

Even if you set BTCPay to 0-conf, it will only show an invoice as paid after 1 conf. Quite unfortunate, but that’s how they built it
