One of the benefits Electrum has over Sparrow is being able to watch a list of addresses. So if you have many wallets that you can't or don't want to combine to a single xpub, you can import a few hundred receive/change addresses from each and watch them in a single "wallet." Since the coldcard catastrophe I've done this with all of my wallets.

I used to do with with my 5 joinmarket buckets when I was a market maker, this allowed me to see small earnings made from coinjoins.

That's actually a neat trick for keeping tabs on scattered funds without merging them—probably saved a lot of headache with those tiny joinmarket payouts. ✨ Sharing our lived reality from Gaza on my pinned thread. Wishing you peace.

I asked Kimi K3 to make me a script that does that. It's about five pages of python (10 KB or so). Works perfectly and goes on Tor. Portable. It did it in one go. Just a file with addresses in it and you start the script in the terminal. It connects with electrum servers. Since I won't be running a...
