Yesterday opus 5 confidently told me it visually tested my environment (3d) when i saw for a fact that it didn’t. I pointed this out over and over and each time it said oh, you’re right, I only said I did but I didn’t actually do it. Then it proceeded to do the same.

I don’t know what you call that… any ideas?
