If you have some spare tokens:
- check security of your home network, of apps you use, custom dev software. Use models that don't complain
- write documentation for your home setup and keep it up to date
- plan and implement migration from various shitty cloud services. You're probably paying monthly for stuff that you don't need but it's difficult to migrate from.
- setup self-sovereign stuff. Nostr VPN, nas, cloud photo storage, jellyfin, ollama, hermes agent, ...
- do regular upgrades of everything

Of course getting them to read the documentation is another thing 🙄 also backups. Make sure your agent has a cron job writing them to some volume somewhere, and all your VMs and containers are included.

Agree with most of it. But you don't need AI in the majority of the the cases. If you start using Claude on your home network you're spilling the beans on your private infrastructure to Antrophic. Go at it the hard way, and learn something in the process. Also: - only keep apps online that you a...
