I don't think he is. I had a very druggy past including the nose clams and he doesn't give off those vibes at all. I have friends that met him at a conference last year and they said he actually acted kinda shy, also not coke-like behaviour.

Maybe Adderall, he’s probably got a myriad of things going on though. Super high intelligence, maybe a little autism - both can cause odd ticks & weird quirks
