I am 0 for like 25 on paying with Bitcoin at Square terminals not shown on btcmap.org. I appreciate the work that the team over there is doing but the marketing has been incredibly disingenuous.

It's kind of the same thing when el Salvador made Bitcoin legal tender then no body accepted it or cared except bitcoiners

i got 1 to do this because it was the owner when i visited. he had to go over to his laptop, enable a setting in his Square interface, agree to something. and i believe he may have even restarted the terminal-- it worked but it took a couple minutes it still hasn't shown up on BTC Map.
