Easy but do it right. Need fresh pvc and looks like a new valve. Use primer and then Cristy’s blue glue. DYOR but I believe the “glue” actually creates a chemical bond between the pipes. Thankfully above ground and not an expensive, unseen leak.

This is what I love about plumbing in my adopted country, back in the old country it's all copper pipes and brazing. Blue upvc pipe for the win.

I've been there. If this broke due to freezing, you need to bury it at least one foot underground. Insulate above ground sections. If you can't bury/ insulate it right away, try opening the valves a bit to keep it flowing in freezing temps. Hope this helps.
