@nprofile1q... older people can't get jobs (too old to work). Younger people can't get jobs (too young to have the experience). Experienced people can't get jobs (they cost too much). Disabled people can't get jobs (adjustments are too difficult).
I'm beginning to think none of this is actually about the people, and it's all about the lack of jobs.
