CTV is attack on Bitcoin and its advocates are cowards who are scared to do a UASF. That’s why it’s hasn’t happened for 7 years.

UASF is for do or die upgrades. We have processes for adding upgrades in a less catastrophic manner, which have been used for everything except overcoming the opposition of miners to BIP-141 because the 95% threshold couldn't be met due to it breaking their covert AsicBoost.
Maybe we get to a point where CTV is that necessary for scaling to happen but again, mempools are clearing; Bitcoin is fine.
