As a GenXer I barely use apps from a smartphone app store. I've actually never paid for one nor made an in app purchase. During the initial rollout of iPhone and ascendency of Android I was on windows phone for about 8 years, totally missing the golden age of apps, because no one built an app for windows phone. So i never bothered. This bill will kill Apple's app store sales especially.
