I'm actually only somewhat familiar, but essentially make it super duper easy to integrate with; QuickBooks and Xero and pay attention to be compatible/comparable with Stripe, Square, Zoho (in the US). I suggest integrating with Zaprite on the bitcoin side - generally talk to John from Zaprite, that's a great idea anyway.
The integration should be just an option for the business to pick in some of your UIs - and on your website you should clearly highly which ones are you integrated with. Also have good parametrized exports into different formats.
Then it depends on business needs, you may need admin account that has more access and "bartender" accounts with limited options. You need to solve money returns, cancellations, etc.
