Some people don't have time for drama and would preder to be in an echo chamber. It's called freedom of association
In fact, the very concept of social media, to only have e people you want in your feed by following only those you want in your circle, THAT is an echo chamber. Sharing your list if spammers, bots and and generally rude people is not creating an echo chamber, it's crowdsourcing RBLs.
