Its not an os, which is important, just firmware. These devices all have wifi and bluetooth, however we disable at boot.
The security model is keep the thing safe as you would a paper paper wallet, as they also have no secure element. I've never really cared about hww having secure elements as I (like others) just keep the devices physically secure.
