I think that’s wise. They’ve been alive for forever. They know too much 😂

If you grab sea turtles with both hands on both sides of the shell, right next to their neck you can go for a ride. Otherwise they will bite you. It is better than blasting them with shotguns for sport like the hawaiians used to do (which is why they were put on the protected animal list).

They are very sensitive though and get stressed easily, so I guess they are not trusting easily either.
