Clarifying some things:
The "cute tier" means that their design is mostly made to be cutesy or adorable, but these characters can be seen as attractive if cuteness is a trait someone finds hot (me)
The "meh" one is either average or it doesn't catch my eye.
Unconventionally attractive means they're not standard but I get how they can be fancied.
Vanilla is like the equivalent of a super model in Mobian standards so...
