I knew you were trying to joke or it wasn't made with ill intent. I think it's that you tend to joke at inappropriate times when the person is trying to be serious or talking about something important to them. Or sometimes your jokes don't land? It's hard to see tone online and it also depends on how much you know the person and their sense of humour.

It's just that it gets tiring when people mock your fav constantly you know? Specially when you relate to them.
